Can I stay on the free plan forever?
Yes. The free plan never expires. You get up to 5 W‑9 requests with manual reminders and secure storage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What happens after 100 requests?
Each additional request beyond 100 per year costs $0.50. Usage is billed automatically through Stripe at the end of each billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we’ll work something out.
